How It Works
From application to keys
The whole process happens online. Most applicants hear back within a few business days, and never later than seven days after we receive a complete application and fee.
Review
Read our tenant selection criteria so you know what we look for before you pay anything.
Apply
Fill out the online application. Every adult 18 or older who will live in the home applies separately.
Pay
Submit your application, then complete payment securely through PayPal.
Move in
Once approved, we sign the lease, collect the deposit, and hand you the keys.
