Read the tenant selection criteria below, complete the application, and you will be taken to PayPal to complete payment. Every adult 18 or older who will live in the home submits a separate application.

Tenant Selection Criteria

Please read these criteria before you apply. Your application may be denied for any of the reasons below, including your criminal history, previous rental history, current income, credit history, or failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application.

Applicants. Every person 18 or older who will live in the home must submit an application and pay the application fee.
Income. Combined gross monthly household income must be at least three (3) times the monthly rent and must be verifiable through pay stubs, an offer letter, bank statements, tax returns, or benefit award letters.
Rental history. We verify your rental history. An eviction, a lease broken without notice, or money owed to a prior landlord within the past five (5) years may result in denial.
Credit history. We review your credit report. Unpaid rent, utility balances, or collections owed to a landlord may result in denial or a higher security deposit.
Criminal history. We review criminal history and consider the nature, severity, and date of any conviction. Arrests that did not result in a conviction are not considered.
Accurate and complete information. A false, misleading, or incomplete application is grounds for denial.
Response time. We will notify you of approval or denial within seven (7) days after we receive your completed application and fee.
